LEGO Star Wars Executor and Tantevi Starship IV are $40 each Black Friday

The Executor Super Star Destroyer will be launched in 2023 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Although it was once sold at other retailers, it's now exclusive to Walmart and LEGO stores.

Darth Vader's starship looks incredible as a LEGO model. The level of detail is impressive for a 630-piece set and offers a diverse build process involving many small parts. The greeting on top of the Executor is reminiscent of some Ultimate Collector Series starships.

The finished build measures 17 x 7 x 5.5 inches, so you'll need to clear some shelf space before assembling your Imperial flagship. The model features two detachable miniature Star Destroyers with translucent parts. These are all meant to illustrate the enormity of Vader's ship.

Executor comes with display stand, name tag and Return of the Jedi 40th Anniversary LEGO bricks. Fittingly, the commemorative sign features Darth Vader.

Executor comes with an instruction manual, but you can also use the Lego Builder app for 3D interactive walkthroughs of each step.

Another $40 LEGO Star Wars ship is the Tantive IV. Star Wars: A New Hope begins with Princess Leia's CR90 frigate escaping from an Imperial Star Destroyer.

The LEGO Tantive IV model consists of 654 bricks and measures 12.5 x 4 x 6 inches. Like the Executor, the Tantevi IV has a lot of small parts, especially its 11 engines and turbolaser cannon.

It comes with a black display stand and nameplate and commemorative brick. Tantive IV's special LEGO brick features the LEGO Star Wars 25th Anniversary logo featuring R2-D2.

The LEGO Tantive IV is being retired soon, so there is no guarantee it will be restocked once Walmart and Amazon sell out.

The 502-piece Boarding the Tantive IV was launched on the same day as the starship display model and will be retired accordingly. The scene continues the opening scene of A New Hope, giving viewers their first look at Darth Vader.

The Tantive IV has an entrance measuring 8.5 x 5 x 3 inches and features multiple interactive components. You can push levers to open doors for Darth Vader and move floors to knock stormtroopers down.
