Helldivers 2 finally gets miniguns and other fan-requested weapons as part of jungle-themed Python Commandos Warbond

Hellraiser 2 Finally getting the miniguns and other weapons fans have long desired as part of the jungle-themed Python Commandos Warbond.
Python Commandos Premium Warbond will launch on December 2, adding new armor and weapons to Arrowhead's explosive third-person action game. In addition to Hellraiser 2's new minigun, which has been highly anticipated since launch, War Bonds also includes a chainsword and a flame dog.
But it's the star here, and combined with the jungle theme, reignites memories of the original Predator film, in which Jesse Ventura fired a mini-gun called an “Old Painless” at hapless enemy soldiers and Yautja while uttering the iconic line: “I don't have time to bleed.”
Of course, if you're fighting back against robots, maybe Helldivers 2's new minigun will give off a Terminator 2 vibe. After all, Arnold Schwarzenegger is occasionally partial to mini-guns, isn't he? At least he kept those cops alive.
In an article about PlayStation BlogArrowhead's social media and community manager Katherine Baskin revealed the long-overdue arrival of the minigun with an interesting in-universe message for players:
“The Department of Defense has received thousands of requests for miniguns from squad leaders, and we’re excited to finally give our Helldivers access to the M-1000 Maxigun! This gun is belt-fed and has an extremely high ammo capacity that’s sure to make those bugs bleed.”
Meanwhile, the AX/FLAM-75 “Watchdog” Hot Dog is a drone equipped with a flamethrower that “can envelope your enemies in free fire before returning to the backpack to refuel.” Then there's the CQC-9 Leaf Falling Tool, which looks an awful lot like a chainsword that an emperor from the 41st Century would approve of.
The new primary weapon is an assault rifle and grenade launcher combo called the AR/GL-21 One-Two. “It's heavy to swing, but it also deals heavy damage, making your main slot more versatile than ever, two guns in one,” Arrow explains. The armor also leans toward a predator vibe. The RS-20 Constrictor Light Armor Suit is the official uniform of the Patriot Wrestlers League, “so it's guaranteed to give your squad bigger, more choppy biceps to terrorize their enemies.” Arrow! You bastard!
Here's an interesting Rambo reference: “But if you're leading a team, maybe you want the RS-40 Best of Prey: a set of heavy-duty armor patterned after legendary Helldiver Ronald Mambo and his famously powerful, burly physique.”
Both pieces of armor come equipped with the rock-solid passive ability, which makes your Helldiver even more staunch in the face of stunning and ragdoll attacks.
You'll also get two capes and matching player cards: “Foe Rent Asunder,” which comes pre-tattered to give it a battle-hardened feel, and “Mark of the Constrictor,” for Helldivers to “smother any anti-democratic behavior they encounter.” Lovely stuff.
