Paramount reportedly wants to give 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' franchise a 'sonic flight' as R-rated final Ronin movie abandoned in favor of new live-action reboot

Given the success of the Sonic movies, you can see why Paramount wanted producers responsible for repeating this trick with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In January, Paramount praised the success of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, with Sonic 3 helping it top $1 billion at the global box office. “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” starring Keanu Reeves, released in 2024, grossed nearly $500 million at the box office during its release.

It feels like it's still early days for this new era of Turtles movies, and there's no indication of when the first movie will be released.
