Fortnite Simpsons Map: Complete Springfield Map and All Named Locations

After months of rumors, Fortnite's The Simpsons season is finally here, and in some ways, it's a lot more complicated than previous mini-seasons. This is because it's the first time it's being played on a brand new, pristine island. While other November mini-seasons take place on updated versions of older maps, and Star Wars Season simply adds Star Wars locations to the battle royale map, The Simpsons Season introduces a brand new cartoon island based in Springfield and various iconic locations from the series for us to compete for in November.

To make this map, we made at least one sacrifice. The island is a bit smaller than the current battle royale map, and as such, it uses a smaller player cap than usual, at 80 players instead of 100. But that wouldn't necessarily be the worst thing, as smaller islands should mean faster, more exciting rounds, and they might be able to keep it as a reload map after the season ends, which would make all this effort more worthwhile.

The new island includes nine major named locations, such as the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, and is packed with gimmicks, such as a randomly activated event each round that players can race to complete for generous loot. These are the new map points:

As you can see, Epic essentially split Springfield into several smaller pieces and spread them out throughout. I shudder to think of how many Easter eggs this map must be filled with.
