Investigate the Free Market Station and the Otto Mystery
Complete the main objective of Paradise Island and voice relay. Once you arrive at the location, you'll see two men – Guard Sebold and Archivist Stallworth – arguing. Chat with them to start the mission.
notes: The goal of this particular mission is to gather information about the wrecked ship for Stallworth. Stallworth asks you three questions, and if you're able to investigate them thoroughly, you'll receive more dialogue responses. All of these tasks also have skill checks, so make sure you select best skills in the game.
