Exclusive: Avatar: The Last Airbender gets ending scene box for Magic: The Gathering crossover

Avatar: The Last Airbender's crossover with Magic: The Gathering is set to launch next month, and we've got an exclusive look at a few of the cards that will make up the single scene after the TV show ends (as well as a few of the cards in the main set bonus table).
Flip through the gallery below to see all eight cardsand read on to find out where they can be opened and played:
The six cards titled “Jasmine Dragon Tea Time” make up this panoramic art scene, and they're not technically part of the main set, but are instead used together in a separate scene box and are restricted to use in Magic's Eternal formats like Commander. That's a big reason why four of the cards are colorful legendary creatures with abilities built around them – though a somewhat novel twist on this particular scene is that most of them feature the couple from the end of the show, making it a sort of peaceful coda.
In addition to these six cards, we also got a first look at two “source material” cards that can be found in main-set booster packs, but are only legal in the formats they're already available in. The cards use actual footage from the show as art, connecting classic Magic cards to relevant moments in the series, with episode numbers listed at the bottom of the cards themselves.
This isn't the first time we've showcased the Avatar Magic set, as we've shown off our first-hand experience with the set “Avatar: The Last Airbender” Beginner Gift Box Back in August. If you're an Avatar fan who's just more interested in the collecting side of the game, something like the scenario box we're showing you today is a solid way to jump into Magic, while if you and a friend want to learn how to play the game from scratch, a starter box is the ideal place to start.
Card reveal for the set will be in full swing next week, with pre-sales kicking off on November 14th in local stores. The set will then be released digitally on MTG Arena on November 18th, and finally in paper format on November 21st.
