However, there is still a little time until Chapter 6 Season 4, and the last full season of Chapter 6 is coming to an end. That said, we're getting a live season finale event in Fortnite Battle Royale this weekend, which will usher in a full season of The Simpsons . Here's what you need to know about Fortnite's next big live event.

When will the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 finale live stream take place?

Both Epic and The Simpsons began teasing the event with a short video that showed Simpson's versions of Jones and Hope being kidnapped by Kang and Kodos.

What happens during the event?

We don't really know the specifics of what's going to happen during the event, but since the final story mission of the season pointed us to the Treehouse of Horror that recently sprouted on the edge of the island, whatever it is should be happening there.

The live event isn't just a trailer for The Simpsons season, however. This is also the end of Chapter 6 of Season 4, where we see a swarm of bugs invading the island, then we use the Megazord to chase them off – and then Doja Cat and Jason Voorhees show up. So while we know the event will bring The Simpsons into the game, we don't quite know how we'll get from here to there.

Are there rewards for participating in Fortnite x Simpsons events?

Nothing has been announced yet, but there will likely be a free item or two available to anyone who logs in to the event on Saturday.
