Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution taking Trading Card Market Stormand with its subsequent expansion, Phantom Flameand will only become more so in the near future The rest of 2025 is going to be chaos..
If you've been looking for a sealed booster or elite training box, you're in luck because Amazon just had a good and healthy restock online. The bad news is that the price may be a bit too high for some people. Here's a look at what's available, along with some handy tips on how to find items that are back in stock, or even items that are now a little less available.
let us start with Mega Evolution Elite Training Box (ETB). You'll get nine Mega Evolution booster packs, a Riolu or Alakazam-themed full-art foil promo card, 65 card sleeves, 40 power cards, a player's guide for the Mega Evolution expansion, six damage counter dice, a competition-legal coin die, and a collector's box to hold everything.
The suggested retail price is $49.99, but it's currently marked up 100%, with street prices at around $90-$100 at the time of writing. So while Amazon does have it in stock, it's also listed under market Price ($99.99), not MSRP. This is great for those who have cash and want easy and reliable free shipping. You might even want to use some of your leftover gift card points.
The Mega Evolution Booster Bundle has a similar situation and is in stock Amazon $59.99. That's about a 100% increase from the MSRP of $29.99. It includes six Mega Evolution boosters and costs almost exactly $10 per pack.
However, if these prices aren't what you're looking for, then your next best option for finding new sets of ETB or Booster Bundles is through a trusted resale site such as TCGP player. In my opinion, this is the best place to find these types of sealed booster kits, and it's often cheaper than paying directly through Amazon.
Now, that's certainly the case because you can buy ETB price is about $90-92 including transportation, and Booster packs cost approximately $54-$56. That's a small savings compared to Amazon, but a savings nonetheless.

Pokémon TCG: Upcoming Black Friday Deals
The closer we get to November, the more likely you are to see the words “Black Friday” every waking moment. Pokémon TCG period discounts black friday Selling is a complicated beast, as you're unlikely to find something that's actually lower than its original MSRP.
If you're looking for something more straightforward, the best advice I can give is to consider Amazon Prime Visa Card. If you're already a Prime member, you'll get a $150 gift card (which you can use immediately to buy a Pokémon card if you want) and get up to 7% cash back on purchases with the card. It's a niche, but if you don't mind a credit check, it's not a bad deal.
If you're not interested, you might be better off waiting for another Walmart+ price drop right now, like the recent one. In case you missed the news, Walmart is offering early access to rare and elusive TCG sets as part of its program. Collector's Auction.
This includes Prismastic Evolution ETB for only $59.99compared to current markets in other markets (e.g. TCGP player for the same group. besides Phantom Fire Pre-Orderincluding $55 ETB, which is another huge savings considering these products also now resell for over $150. There's a lot more like action figures, Magic sets, and more, but you get the gist.
The idea is that after the early access period ends, these deals will be available to the general public who don't have Walmart+. However, considering that nearly all inventory priced at MSRP sells out quickly, most items are usually sold out before the average buyer has a chance to take a whiff.
If you don’t want to miss out on this next one, as well as Walmart’s upcoming Black Friday deals (which they also offer early access to), I recommend purchasing a Walmart+ membership if you can.
The price is $12.95/month, or $98/year, and offers a host of benefits in addition to early shopping privileges. Members enjoy free shipping, no minimum order, save fuel, and access Paramount+ or Peacock There is no additional cost and additional benefits such as pharmacy delivery and discounts from selected partners.

Note: Pricing for the Pokémon TCG is highly volatile, and any mention of sales pricing represents the current market price of the above products.
For example, the Pokémon Elite Trainer Box has a suggested retail price of about $50-60, but will retail for about $100+ upon release.
