Known issues with ice skating and how to solve them

EA's new skating game, the first entry in the 15th year in the series, launched and arrived this week More than 2 million players in the first 24 hours. Given its unfinished nature, one is always expected to have problems with this early access game, and now the full circle of EA and developers outlines all the major known issues and provides solutions where possible.

Full Circle has released an update for version 0.27.7, which solves some of the problems players are experiencing. Among them is a fix to the software lock issue, which prevents players from making progress in certain parts of the game.

Additionally, Full Circle has released backend fixes for issues that cause “unlimited configuration” errors, and fixes for general cross-play and server issues have been deployed.

Known issues with skateboards

• Long queue to log in to the game/server issue

• Unable to place session tags during tutorial

• Cross-game problem – Some users are unable to join Cross-game with friends

• If you purchase a founder package on another platform, there is a lack of an founder upgrade.
  • Solution: Use skate. Shop. Make sure you are logged in using an EA account linked to your platform account.

• EA Applications and EPIC Achievements Not Granted to Users
  • Solution: Our team is working on solutions and will let you publish our progress in a timely manner.
• Game crashes when browsing user's opinions
  • Fix: Will fix it with update 0.28.
• When trying to join SAN Van on Xbox platform, users experience an unlimited loading screen
  • Solution: Our team is working on solutions and will let you publish our progress in a timely manner.

• Replay editing usually captures stuttering during exit.
  • Solution: Our team is working on solutions and will let you publish our progress in a timely manner.
• Players may be trapped by drop items in the store spawning location.
  • Workaround: Change “Quick Shed Visibility” in the social environment to “Only Me”.
  • Fix: Will fix it with update 0.28.
• Can't slip. Due to “Connect to EA Server” error. “Error 852146987”
  • Troubleshooting: Make sure to disable VPN; check if the EA application is in offline mode. For more troubleshooting help, check this Connect to FAQs.
• RIP card customization will flash between the old and new assets for a period of time after the selected user updates their customization.
• Player stuck cannot progress 1 Skater's eyes: Obstacle 101
• As the user starts the challenge, in the final step of “Sights and How to Have They” they will be pasted for about 3 minutes and trapped in the message “Waiting for Players”.
  • Solution: Wait for the timer to run out and the challenge will be able to complete
  • Fixed: Fixed in 0.28
• When selecting, rapid drop is invisible and cannot be placed
• Sometimes viewing the preview of the player in the Saint Fan list will result in a black screen, and quitting the game from that state will result in a soft lock
• Skaters disappear when entering the grinding and tilting the outlet (rare)
• The standard for unlocking the financial community did not appear, resulting in the “manual expansion” task not appearing
  • Solution: You can reach the financial community (Miles of Market) by facing more challenges. Get that XP!

• Due to the challenges of world props, the disabled “matt hopper” challenge makes the challenge much more difficult than expected.
