Pokémon Legends Za Get DLC starring Mega Raichu

Highly anticipated this year Pokémon Legend: ZA There hasn't been another month, but there is already a DLC.

A trailer was revealed during today's Nintendo main direct sales, revealing two new large-scale evolutions of Raichu. These will be featured in Pokémon: ZA: Mega Dimension, which will provide additional story content for the game, and presumably Mega's ability to develop Raichu for yourself.

Both the Mega Raichu X and the Mega Raichu y have the corresponding letters as part of their design as part of their lightning-shaped tail and a set of antlers. Although Dimension-Travelling Hoopa also appears in the trailer, part of the new content is unknown.

Booking for add-ons starts with Nintendo Eshop starting today and will unlock Pokémon Legends: ZA’s clothing project when it was launched on October 16, 2025. The extended story content will be unlocked in a future date.

Raichu joins an ever-growing list of giant Pokémon species, making its debut in Pokémon Legends: ZA after the recently announced large-scale evolution of Dragonite, Malamar and Victreebell.
