Panzer Dragoon 2 Zwei: The remake may be close to release date

In 2020, Remake Sega Armored Dragoon Forever Entertainment is released on modern gaming consoles. Now, remake Panzer Dragoon 2 2 Horizon from Forever Entertainment and developers Megapixel Studio and Storm Trident. It may even be earlier than expected.

gem Shared the announcement of Panzer Dragoon 2 Zwei: Remake will make its public debut from September 25 to 28 at Rainy Frog Booth of the 2025 Tokyo Game Show. Publishers don't share release dates, but the game will be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

Originally released in 1996 on Sega Saturn, Panzer Dragoon 2 Zwei is a prequel to the first game. Players will control a young man, Jaen Jaqeue Lundi, who opposes the convention by raising and training a dragon named Lagi. Dragons are the way players transport in the game and their main weapon as Lagi and Jaen face the shock of deadly enemies while revealing the secret of losing civilization.

Like the original Panzer Dragoon 2 Zwei: The remake will be the railway shooter. It will also have some modern styles, including branch routes and evolution of Raj’s strength, depending on the player’s performance and game style. Additionally, after the campaign is completed, players can take advantage of the raging attacks and replay quest variants.

Buy Panzer Dragoon 2 Zwei: Fans of the remake can choose between classic and modern controls. The game will also be equipped with modern graphics along with a remastered version of the original score and a soundtrack.
