Star Wars Jedi hero Cal Kestis will appear in new episodes of the animated series

Cal Kestis, the hero of EA's Star Wars Jedi video game, will appear in the spin-off TV series – marking his first voice in another medium.
Red-haired Jedi will play a role in new episodes LEGO Star Wars: Rebuilding the Galaxy It will debut on Disney streaming service next month. The non-habit spin-off in “If?” – Style blends the Star Wars universe, rebuilding Galaxy's previous introduction to the world to Darth Jar-Jar. Who knows the second round of the plot will see Kestis (or his alternative universe version) begin.
Such as Star Wars: The Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: SurvivorKestis will be re-expressed by Cameron Monaghan again, with the actor taking on Kestis' first voice role outside of video games. The news returned by Monaghan and Kestis’s appearance on the series’ posters, comes after fans speculated that the Jedi might eventually appear in real-person form – Monaghan himself said he was willing to accept it.
Monaghan said he “absolutely” wanted to portray Kestis, but The actor also said the project “must be correct” for the role. “I mean, it has to continue the story or the character in some way,” Monagahan said in March 2024.
“I don't want him to just show up there and be there. I want him to mean something meaningful and to be significant to the character itself. So that has to make sense. But, in the right context, yes, absolutely.”
Kestis's appearance in the Rebuilding of the Galaxy marks his latest role outside the Respawn Jedi series and other elements of the Olympics. Kestis already owns a spin-off novel, Battle Sax, and pops up in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, a smartphone game that EA also published.
As time goes by, various elements of the Star Wars: Jedi series pop up elsewhere. Episode 5 of Boba Fett's book, the same robot as Kestis's loyal companion BD-1 (you can also buy Droid as a LEGO), while Ahsoka Season 1 See the titular Jedi using psychometrics. This rare force capability allows the Jedi to detect past echoes by interacting with objects or positionsSome are considered a sign that Ashoka has encountered Kestis at some point in the past.
Is it just that Disney has fun with its massive Star Wars characters, reminding people that there is still a third Star Wars: The Jedi Reborn from the Way, or can fans expect more teasing from Kestis (and Monaghan) in the future? Time will prove.
Currently, the rebuilding of the Galaxy will be launched through Disney+ on September 19.
