More than two decades after its release 28 days later, director Danny Boyle and screenwriter Alex Garland once again collaborated on a new movie, a beloved doomsday zombie franchise. 28 years later, it was released in the theater on June 20, receiving strong comments from critics and fans. This is the third work in the series, although Boyle/Garland didn't work after 28 weeks, the 2007 independent sequel. Fans may want to consider locking 28 Years Later Iron Book Collection Editionpriced at $45, can be equipped with 4K and 1080p Blu-ray discs as well as digital copies.

Typically, such promotional materials are used in standard versions, and the Steel Book gains its own unique look and interior art, so don't be surprised if the case design of the collector's edition is significantly different from this.
The Steel Collection edition comes with 4K Blu-ray, 1080p Blu-ray and a digital copy from 28 years later.
Even if you don't care about SteelBook Case, the best value is available at this moment. Both Amazon and Walmart set the collector’s version at $45. Blu-ray pricing can be everywhere when it first opens, which is reflected in the list below. The standard version of 4K Blu-ray has added $5 to both retailers' hardware, while the 1080p version is $41. Amazon has a DVD that comes 28 years later, and it would be the weirdest number here if it weren't for Wal-Mart's $41 cost.

As mentioned above, 28 years later, is the sequel to 28 days later and 28 weeks later – without 28 months later, frustratingly – it sees Boyle return to the director's chair with a script written by Garland. The original film unveiled Garland's Hollywood career and showed off Boyle's impressive directorial range. 23 years later 28 years later, it was so cool to see the couple team up again (sorry).
Britain has remained isolated from the outside world for nearly three decades since the Angry Virus escaped the Bioweapons Laboratory, which has caused new communities that have survived the chaos. Such an outpost is located on a small island connected to the mainland by a firm causeway, and the film chronicles the journey of a group of people in a village that discovers new secrets and horrors found on the land outside their haven.
About 28 years later, one of the interesting things is that it was shot with an iPhone 15 smartphone – using custom lenses and a dedicated rig – creating a unique look for the film. The sequel to 28 years later: The Bone Temple, which has been filmed and will be published next year. If both films succeed, there will be three sentences to complete this new horror trilogy.
Previous movies in the series are still worth watching, but 28 days later, there is a capture here. Even on Blu-ray, the movie looks awful, but it's not because of transfers or shoddy remakes. Partly because of the strict restrictions on filming on the British filmmakers wanting to shoot movies on site, Boyle and his team decided to do production with a lightweight Canon digital camera so that the shooting could be slim.
This allowed them to quickly shoot the deserted streets of London, but on the downside, these cameras only offer low-resolution digital lenses and then save them to Minidv Cassettes. Unlike the movie, the upgrade of these tapes is very difficult, which is very obvious when shot at a higher resolution in the final scene 28 days later.
It's not as popular as it is 28 days later, but it's still a rock zombie movie, and if you don't mind the shaky shaky technique used by director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, it still has several incredible scenes.

Both movies are Technically speaking Available on Blu-ray, but since they have been out of print for years, the price is high. The off-print DVD version can also be expensive, but you can get a combo package of two movies for $50-60.
